Annual Town Election, Town Meeting & Nominations

Nomination Papers are due by 5:00pm on Monday, March 16, 2026. If you still need nomination papers, please contact me as soon as possible. (413) 642-6927: All phone messages are sent to me by email. You can also email me at clerk@montgomeryma.gov.

SAVE THE DATES
Annual Town Election: Monday, May 4, 2026 from 12:00pm–7:00pm at Town Hall.
Annual Town Meeting: Monday, May 18, 2026 at 7:00pm at Town Hall.

Annual Town Election, Nominations & Voter Status

Our annual Town Election is Monday, May 5, 2025. Click for a list of open positions.
Nomination papers are now available from the Town Clerk and must be obtained by the person wanting to run for office.
**I will be out of Town February 6-18, 2025, and will not have email access. Nomination papers will not be available for pickup during these dates.**
