The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is requiring all Town Clerks to mark voters as inactive if they have not returned their Annual Street Listing Census Form. As of June 1, 2026, YOU WILL BE MOVED TO THE INACTIVE VOTER LIST IF YOUR FORM HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. To avoid being moved to the inactive list, please return your census form!

If you did not receive your Annual Street Listing Census Form, please download and complete the form and place in the mailbox on my office door, drop off in the front door of the Town Hall or mail to 161 Main Rd. #4, Montgomery MA 01085. Be sure and put your Name and Address under Current Resident. There will be cards mailed to you if you have been moved to the inactive list.
