NOTICE: FY2026 Revaluation of Real and Personal Property
This notification pertains to the Recertification process required every 5 years by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. The Town of Montgomery Board of Assessors requested early public disclosure and is in the process of completing the Fiscal Year 2026 recertification as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 56 to achieve full and fair cash value.

2025 Dog License Application
Current Dog Licenses expire on 3/31/2025. Please submit the 2025 license application, a copy of the rabies certificate and payment for issuance of a license. If you want the license mailed to you, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. The Dog License must be renewed by 6/30/2025 in order to avoid late fees. Please refer to the General Bylaws, page 17, for the dog regulations.
